The Evening

It starts at the pool. From 6pm, the poolside bar is open for aperitivo — cocktails, the last of the sun, and the kind of slow beginning that sets the tone for the whole evening.

Dinner is at 8pm. We sit together at a long imperial table, and we serve everyone at once — family-style, dishes in the centre, no rush, no formality. There's a fixed three-course menu, a fish of the day, and there will always be extra pasta if you want it. The evening ends with dessert and our signature limoncello. If you'd like to keep going, we have a nightcap menu for that too.

The menu changes daily — freshness and seasonality are non-negotiable here. We'll share it with you the evening before your reservation, along with the confirmed start time.

On Mondays we have Pizza night.

A Few Things to Know

Bookings are non-refundable and non-modifiable. We're a small house, and this policy is what allows us to open our table to guests beyond our own. We appreciate your understanding.

To confirm your reservation, dinner requires pre-payment, which is €40 per person. After your booking requests, we'll send a payment link  — drinks will be paid at check out.

We don't accept large groups, as the setting is rather convivial - and we can welcome a max of 6 people (on top of our Principe staying guests) per night.
