A Few Details to Keep in Mind

Aperitivo Time

Want to start the evening early? From 7 PM, join us at our poolside bar for aperitivo time. Enjoy signature cocktails and soak in the Principe ambiance before dinner begins.

Start time

Dinner begins promptly between 8 PM and 9 PM, depending on the season. We’ll confirm the exact time along with the menu the evening before your reservation. To ensure everyone enjoys the full experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

Dinner 

• Our dinner is served family-style at our imperial tables. You’ll enjoy a fixed three-course menu, with dishes placed in the center for sharing—and don’t hesitate to ask for pasta-seconds!
• We change our menu daily to assure sustainability and freshness of ingredients. The menu will be shared one day before your booking. If you have any allergies or specific dietary needs, please let us know at th emoment of the booking, so we can share the adapted menu ahead made to suit you.
• The evening always ends on a sweet note with dessert with our signature limoncello. Night cap? Of course, we do have a special menu.

Dietary Requirements

If you have any allergies or specific dietary needs, please let us know at the moment of the booking, we will be more than happy to adapt the menu to suit you. However last minute notice is very challenging to accomodate.

Booking Terms

The booking is non-refundable and non-modifiable. We appreciate your understanding, as our small establishment requires this policy to ensure we can accommodate external guests effectively.

Please note that the deposit of €20 per person is requested and will be deducted from your final bill. We will share with you a pay-link after receiving your booking request. Thank you for your support on this.
