Dinner at Principe isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience.

Our menu changes daily, and we’ll share it with you the evening before your booking. Here’s what makes our dinners unique: served at long, convivial imperial tables, our dinners bring everyone together on a large terrace Stromboli view. Dishes are served family-style, placed in the center of your party, so you can choose your perfect portion. And don’t worry—if you fall in love with the pasta (and you will), we’ll happily pass by with seconds.

Dinner usually includes three or four courses, always ending on a sweet note with dessert and a splash of limoncello. On Mondays we have our sourdough Pizza, so it is a bit different!

The dinner cost is 40 euros per person excl. drinks. We require a deposit of 20 euros per person to reserve your spot which will be discounted on the bill.

Have specific dietary needs? No problem! Just let us know about any allergies or intolerances when you book, and we’ll adapt the menu for you.

Timing is important :)

Dinner starts promptly between 8 PM and 9 PM, depending on the season—we’ll confirm the time and menu in advance. To ensure everyone has the best experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

From 6 PM, join us at our poolside bar for aperitivo time, featuring signature cocktails and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The booking is non-refundable and non-modifiable. We appreciate your understanding, as our small establishment requires this policy to ensure we can accommodate external guests effectively. Please note that the deposit of €20 per person will be deducted from your final bill. Thank you for your support on this.
